Rand is an HR & Communication Director, Visual Artist, Interior Designer, and Educator with a multidisciplinary background spanning people management, communication, creative direction, art education, and spatial design. She combines human-centered leadership with artistic vision to create meaningful experiences, strengthen organizational culture, and build authentic connections.

Her experience includes working as an Art Studio Facilitator at the Children’s Museum and as an Arts Educator in schools, where she developed interactive learning experiences that encouraged creativity, confidence, and self-expression. Her background in interior design and visual arts further supports her ability to approach communication and engagement through both strategic and creative perspectives.

Currently, as HR & Communication Director at A Learning PRO, Rand leads initiatives across internal communication, organizational culture, team engagement, and brand communication. She works at the intersection of people and creativity, helping build collaborative environments while strengthening organizational identity and community presence.
