About the Instructor

An International Certified Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, and Capacity Building Expert with more than 9 years of experience delivering professional training programs for universities, academies, youth initiatives, and private-sector organizations across Jordan and the region.

She has designed and delivered over 3,000 training hours, empowering more than 1,000 participants through practical, learner-centered training in engineering, digital skills, employability, entrepreneurship, and professional development. Her experience spans curriculum design, instructional development, Training of Trainers (ToT), learning facilitation, project coordination, and training evaluation.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with leading universities and training institutions, including the University of Jordan, Hashemite University, Middle East University, University of Petra, and several regional academies. She is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that combine international training standards with practical, real-world applications.

As an instructor and mentor, she focuses on equipping learners with the technical knowledge, professional competencies, and career skills needed to excel in today's competitive job market while fostering continuous learning and personal growth.
