He specializes in BIM strategy and governance, ISO 19650 implementation, multidisciplinary coordination, design management, digital transformation, and integrated project delivery. Throughout his career, he has led large project ecosystems involving clients, PMCs, contractors, designers, cost consultants, and specialist teams.
